Ken has been involved in legal, business, governmental, and military affairs. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Toledo. He also has a post-JD degree, the Master of Laws (LL.M.), from Georgetown University Law Center. Work experience includes being a private attorney, assistant county prosecutor in Ohio for felony offenses, military assignment to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works), General Counsel and Team Leader for a 3 years Presidential Study of Water and Water Resource Projects, president and one-half owner of an assembly and packaging company since l983 in Ohio, real estate investor in Ohio, Virginia and Florida for many years. He has been a member of the Ohio, Michigan, Washington, D.C. and Florida Bars in the past. Currently, he is only an active member of the Ohio bar. He has been a Captain, USAR. Because of his holdings and interests in Florida real estate (currently 14 properties in Punta Gorda) he has become a licensed Florida real estate sales agent working with Pine to Palm Realty, LLC. Ken is a baby boomer in a new career pursuing full time what had previously been his hobby and passionate interest. He enjoys working with people and a flexible schedule. He is married to Jean for 35 years and has three grown children currently living in Minneapolis and Fort Lewis, Washington (serving in the US Army).
